Mobile and flexible working
Personal exchange and work-life balance are important to us. For us, flexibility means that you have the option of varying your working hours via your flexitime account. And you can do this up to 50 percent on a mobile basis. There are exceptions depending on the event and for employees who work according to a duty roster.

Continuing Education
We are working on becoming a learning organization. This does not happen overnight, but thanks to internal and external support, we continue to develop on a daily basis. In regular development dialogs, we discuss the individual development interests of our employees and adapt the program of our HMC Academy annually to current needs.

Collective wage agreement
Good and fair pay is a matter of course for us. Our collective bargaining agreement guarantees you a fair salary, a special annual payment and performance-based remuneration.

Vacation
It is important to us that 30 days of vacation are also taken. And if a few more days are needed, we can also talk about additional unpaid vacation days.

And as sustainably as possible - we subsidize your Germany ticket and offer you the opportunity to buy a job bike at attractive conditions. Bicycle parking is available. A free car parking lot is also available.

Company pension scheme
Our employees participate in the Hamburg supplementary pension scheme. This means that each month they pay into a retirement and survivors' pension scheme.
